The Better Line Management training session is best for groups of up to 10 people. This allows for contributions and conversations for everyone. Got a larger group? That's fine - we can make it work.

The session lasts for around 3 hours, so we suggest you allocate half a day, just in case you have a particularly chatty group!

That's absolutely fine! We can look at tweaking the current content or create a bespoke session to suit your agency's needs.

Training is usually delivered in person, to minimise distractions, so we'll come to your chosen venue. However, we know lots of agencies have team members dotted around the country or working from home on different days, so we are more than happy to do a virtual session,
