Claire Quansah brings nearly two decades' experience of client servicing, operations and business development for large agency networks and smaller independents. Her client experience spans major household brands such as Greggs, Asda and Pets at Home, to organisations including Sodexo and Water Regs UK.
As the first operations director for Red Havas UK's business and Social Communications' first head of business and client development, she is a dab hand at creating useable processes and growing happy, proactive teams.
Passionate about developing talent and improving diversity in the creative and comms industries, she is actively involved in key initiatives. She's an advisor for BME PR Pros initiatives including The Blueprint diversity mark as well as being a mentor for the BME PR Pros/PR Week Mentoring Scheme and currently a tutor and consultant for The Xec. Leadership Scheme, the first leadership programme for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority PR and comms pros. Claire was named on PRovoke Media's Innovator 25 list in 2023.
An approved trainer for the PRCA and Watch This Sp_ce, she is regularly invited to judge some of the industry’s most coveted awards (CIPR, Purpose Awards, The Drum, The Pros...), giving an insight into what good work looks like and what clients look for.
